Please do off page activity like- Social Bookmarking, Article Submission, Press Release, Blog Posting, Forum, guest posting, pdf sharing. These are top activities for generate traffic or links.

First, you should have something on your website for your audiences to visit & revisit. Secondly, you should use guest forums on related sites for commenting. Thirdly, write some posts on blogpost sites and insert backlinks for your sites.
