I have blogspot blog. There are more then 45 post in that but i am not getting visitor to my site. Please help me

This kind of placement will be also appearing in google search results. The reason why you should put post titles at the beginning is because users are more likely to search for specific post content rather than the actual name of your blog. So having the post titles at the beginning increases your chances of being found.

Every new blogger has the same question. One most important thing that you need to do to increase traffic is to submit your blog to search engines like Google,Yahoo,Bing etc.
You need to interlink all your blog posts or you should buy traffic from sites like SEOclerks.

first, tell me which is your website url and which niche you are posting on your site.
Beside this I suggest you, purchase custom high level domain like .com .net etc.
Google hosting is very best but custom domain is very important in eyes of search engine.
