There are several reason of huge bounce rate. One of the common reason is not having quality content in the website and page loading time is high.

These two factors should be taken into consideration when it comes to reduce the bounce rate of the website.

Factors to consider for reducing bounce rate are:
1. Provide relevant content
2. Keep a clear navigation path/menu
3. Speed up the pageload using Google Page Speed plugin
4. Place a search function prominently
5. Get rid of pop-up ads

Your list much better. Content, intuitive navigation and fast load web page is the best way to reduce your bunce rate. Off course if you optimize your page with relevant keyword/s

Here are few guidelines to reduce bounce rate:
Write quality contents to catch the user's attention, Improve page design and layout, Link some other relevant posts or pages to the content so If user is interested then he/she can read more on other pages. The more time user will spend on your website, bounce rate will decrease.
