it depend if you are using blogger you may not shift to wordpress, bec blogger is very easy... and wordpress is so easyer then blogger but you have take some time to be aduject to it ...

Both are good for SEO but in my experience WordPress is always better than Blogger cause Wordpress has quick index method.

I prefer Wordpress. It's easier to make custom blogs over it. Plus Wordpress has SEO plugins that makes it SEO friendly

2 years ago I experimented with that. Made 2 exact match blogs, one on wordpress, another on blogger. The content was different, but covered the same topics. No backlinks whatsoever.
Wordpress was above blogger.
