Which is best off page seo directory submision or bookmarking. I want to know which is best to get good ranking in google search engine.

There are lots of directory and book marking sites available and some of the very effective to get top rank on googke like as stumbleupon,diigo,delicious,slashdot.

After Google Penguin update, social bookmarking is the best for improving the website's ranking in Google results. Directory submission is also effective technique but it takes long time to approve.

Bookmarking is good then directory. because mostly directory sites not give live url and waiting to approval and not sure that they link will be approval.
