I do either the elliptical or the treadmill 5 days a week. Back in the day I actually lost about 60 lbs doing only Wii Fit (the video game). That was almost totally rhythm boxing.

According to me the best cardio exercise is Running, hopping a rope, and walking. It should be suitable to your present health.

Really a great discussion i found here!. I am doing simple exercise like running, swmming and threadmill at weekend days.
So anybody has a good ideas please share here, it will more helpful.
