How to get more followers on twitter?

My twitter user name is @irep_advisor.I tried previous 3+ months but i couldn't get more followers.Anyone please give an idea.

02. Create an interesting bio.
03. Use a custom About page.
04. Make your Twitter presence visible.
05. Share valuable content.
06. Post frequently, but don’t flood your followers.

You should spent more and more time on twitter and should build your reputation to give answers to people's tweets, give their tweets favorite tags and re-tweet their tweets you will get attentions from twitter users.

Keep your account updated, share interesting content and fresh content with your friends in that way more and more visitors will be attracted to your website.
