Use Google Disavow tool. Imran owner of alltechmedia wrote a detail article and made video about this tool. Google it, you will get it.

In webmaster tool you have option to deselect bad link.. you can use it..

In Google webmaster, there is a option of Disavow link. You can remove bad links by that.

Google webmaster tool will show you the data of bad back links, then you can use some online tools or manually delete them links. Good luck.

First Go to Google webmaster tool and check where from your back-links. after that Go to website and tell it's owner to delete my comment. if you not success in this regard then check disavow tool in Google webmaster tool and submit there URL and main domain of back-links. after some days you may get good result.

According to me Google Disavow tool is best for removing the website bad links. this tool have also the best features for website maintenance. this work well with the help of Google webmaster tool.

Either you can remove it manually or by contacting the owner of a website. If these two fail then you can use Google Disavow tool in Google webmaster to prevent those bad links from indexing by search engine.
