You need to work on create quality backlinks for your website after this procedure when google will update their page rank then Google will increase your website page rank.

Page rank can be increased by good content update and also by building backlinks from other high page rank webpages. But today page rank is of less value as Google has stopped updating its page rank algorithm since more than 2 years now.
