Tough Work these sites !!! - Site Owners Forums

I have two sites of different niches.Both are crawled well and cached but not ranking well from past few months.
One site belongs to insurance theme.It consist of mostly forums and some contents .Good seo is going on the site since last 6 months .
Other site belongs to attorney ,law theme.Its being with me since last 2 months and lots of efforts to get being ranked well were done.Both on page and off page seo were done and are doing consistently .suggest the puzzle with my sites as well as recommend some solutions

I'm having the same problem with one of my sites, I'm still trying to figure it out, I'll post what I find.

As my mind you should check your website's content. If you website have duplicate content then it is the cause of dropping search engine ranking.

see first of all thanks for suggestions and help .But their is no duplicate content in both the sites.
Also the sites are of good quality ..but not ranking well since past few months.you can check these from my first and second signatures .you cant find any redundancy in data their but yes i can say insurance site is having certain forms in it rather than whole content

Is your site having duplicate content ? And if it is then sure search engine can't crawl it.
