There are a lot of website analysis tools available. I like to recommend you to use Google Analytics and Webmaster tool. Apart from these, you can go for SEMRUSH premium version.

Semrush is good, but it's slow to pick up on backlinks. I'd rather go for ahrefs.

There are many tools but ill recommend you only google webmaster tools and google analytics.

you will not be found other tolls for them you are paying with google, but if you compare the accuracy with any other analysis tools, i will suggest you only google analytics.
