What is redirection ? Is Redirection harmful for our site. please share your feedback.

Redirection is moving your site or page to some other location temporarily or permanently. 301 is permanent redirect while 302 is temporary redirect. When you have some duplicate content or removed page you can use 301 redirect to remove those issues.
