Spiders are also known as google bots which do indexing crawling and scans the www automatically and download the copy of its content on its database.

Spider is one of the Software, Crawling is basically when the search engine spider visits a page, Indexing is when the spider records the page and starts displaying the page in search or counting the link for SERP movement.
