Very right after recent google algorithm update one thing for that is anchor text is the most important thing and it should be in organic section of website to have good link juice.

Yes hyperlink is important because use of hyperlink increase value of your website. Anchor text is use of hyperlink and anchor text crawl different anchor for site. When your site gort backlink from different website. It show your website publicity. So that you get high PR. So use of hyperlink is important because without hyperlink no value of your anchor text.
