In meta description it should not increase more than 125 words and in key words also it will be around 20-30 that too in a proper way which are related to your web page content.

In cloaking, website that returns a different webpages to search engines crawling the site. Meta tags are those tags, describe about our website and give information about our website. We used to generally 3 following tags as meta tags:
Title(May be and may not be in meta)
Description
Keywords
but no a days it includes more tags in meta like geo meta tags, language specific meta tags etc.

I would like to suggest that there are two main kinds of tags there:

1) Title Tag: This tag is important for Google because it informs both people and search engines about the website's content, and we can use primary keywords in it.

2) Description Tag: Description Tags are also one kind of tag, where we need to write a short description for the website so that search engines as well as people can learn about it.
