The Precautions of Choosing Woven Labels
Whether use printed labels or , it is a problem confused the designers also, first we will introduce advantages and disadvantages woven labels:through interwoven lines expressed the text, graphics and LOGO, generally using a polyester thread, there are cotton line, but there are little manufacturers using cotton thread, because the cotton thread is too easy to pull the segment, bring a lot of trouble to the manufacturing process, big waste of human, material resources and time. So the market are generally polyester thread woven labels. Woven labels big advantages is no matter how to wash, the content will not bleaching.The weaknesses of woven labels are: First: woven labels have burned edge and crochet edge two kinds, crochet edge cost is relatively higher, so most of them choose to do the burned edge woven labels, then the problem come out, although is not bleaching, but as collar labels, marks will be directly exposed to the skin on the neck, the so-called burned edge is cut down by hot knife, after cut polyester will be melted together, so that the edge is very hard, also cause uneven cut effects, it will cut the skin.
