Moving from Old host to New - Site Owners Forums

Hey everyone. I just recently purchased a server from Sharkhost. My situation is, my DSL connection at home only has 512kbps upload, which is terrible =( I noticed that cPanel has an option for SSH. Is there a way I can SSH/copy all my files from the old server to the new?

for that you must contact to your hosting providers they will provide you help on this.
