Do On page Optimization and article submission..... Forum posting and blog commenting is not enough to improve your website traffic... You have to go with both On page and Off page Optimization....

Are you not posting in relevant sites.
You have to post and give link in relevant sites. For example if your site is Islamic, then you should give links in sites related to Islam. Try...

On page optimization and submission of the documentation . Forum, a blog post and comments to improve your website traffic is not enough . On this page and off page optimization have to go together.

You should take out reason for not traffic through Google analytics .There you can monitor your site visitor behavior and take right measures.

That means you've not done the off-page seo in a proper way. make sure that all the backlinks you've got are do-follow and relevant. Relevancy is the most important factor which we need to consider in the SEO process and in page rank point of view.
