- 301 is Permanent URL Redirection
- Any URL of your website does not exist any more and you want to redirect it to some other URL permanently.
- In this method most efficient and Search Engine Friendly method for web-page redirection.
- it is link juice method.
- it redirect new page URL to old page URL

301 redirection is the permanent redirection method, for the purpose of getting the traffic from old page to new page

301 redirect is a permanent redirection that will pass 99% of link juice to the new page. The 301 redirection code file should be named as .htaccess

When you change the URL of your website and want to redirect all traffic and search engines to new URL, technical implementation of this process is called 301 redirects. It passes 90-99% of link juice from old URL to new URL.
