Yoga is basically relaxation of mind which simultaneously strengthen the body. It really good for health to do regularly do Yoga and its really very best way of losing weight..

I like yoga. This is a great way to keep fit and relax. Since I found out that I have multiple sclerosis, I had to stop practicing it. Though I still have to do exercises every day. I've recently started taking tecfidara and it works for me. So, I do hope to return to yoga again one day.
