Writing content with less than 4 same keywords per 100 words is called keyword density.

its easy to find keyword density for WordPress websites or blogs,By installing "seo yoast"plugin or "All in one seo" plugin...
for better ranking keyword density is in between 1%-4%

keyword density is to use a single keywords in a content. It should be max. 4-5% in 400 words content by Google.
