My brother has family related problems. To solve this problem is it better to consult divorce lawyers or family lawyers? Give your suggestion to solve this problem.

As for your children's names ... there are also laws controling changing their names like changing your name. After my son and his wife divorced How do I change my name she took back her maiden name, and wanted to change their children's names. My son was angry (and hurt) and told her she should ask the girls if they wanted to change their names.
