Very good web design compared with many other blogs. I think you should make your banners slide automatically between several seconds such as 7 seconds, this would be better I think.

Overall look is quite good! Your blog has so many informative posts. But somehow it looks not so catchy..like missing something. May be you can think about the background color. Check with other colors and see whether you can replace white with something else. If you can put some videos and your clients' testimonials then your page could look more credible to others.

It looks very nice. However, a little bit slow. You can try using GZIP compression.

The loading of pages are slow but the overall design of it is great and easy to navigate.
