directory and bookmarking submisison can't dead becuase directory submission is part of link building and bookmarking is part of social networking to increase the cache date.

Bookmarking is still important one of the good backlink submission methodlogy. But doing the bookmarking frequently indexing, domain authority or page authority sites you will get the ranking quickly.

Sorry, but this is very same as SEO is Dead, but it's not. only the way of doing is evolving. Directory submission or bookmarking when done excessively it will harm you only just try to limit your submission by some minimum value.
