I knew page rank of website could be calculated by that website's number of quality backlinks and traffic count.If i am doing both SEO and PPC means my website will get the traffic from both organic and inorganic search result.Which traffic would help to improve the page rank of website?Organic traffic or inorganic traffic?

Organic SEO (search engine optimization) is the phrase used to describe processes to obtain a natural placement on organic search engine results pages.

Organic traffic is the only one which helps to get permanent traffic. paid traffic or in other words PPC, if run campaign only, will come. If we stop campaign, traffic becomes zero and does not help in improving PR.

Well it depends on the quality of traffic, if you want quality paid traffic then I;ll suggets you to go for sites like SEOclerks and get quality traffic in just few bucks.

Organic traffic is the best because inorganic traffic will stop immediately you stop paying. However, organic traffic needs time to build. If you have some cash to spend, you can combine the two, but I will recommend organic traffic.
SEO is part of organic traffic likewise backlink building. Blog commenting is also part of SEO.
If you are able to build organic traffic to your blog, you are sure of getting targeted traffic that will increase your conversion rate.
