Ya i agree with klaks. Many Q&A sites are there. But Yahoo and Quora is the best.

I personally think Quora is the best question and answer site because:
-A lot of people with qualifications and experience answer the questions, therefore being good sources.
-A lot of the top voted answers posted are very in-depth
-A great feature of Quora is the newsletter it emails you everyday with some q/a's that you will like. I read it every morning on the train or when I wake up.
