I vote for asvhost.com.
Not to mention the support has been phenomenal, they are helpful and listen to any question even if they think it's silly. |

What I want to say is that centohost.com is quite good option for EU web hosting and also registering domains. Uptime has been great and we have not had any problems with our website not email during our 9 months as customers.

I am happy. Rockhoster.com is what all web hosting providers are supposed to be:
- cool network and server uptime, - Amazing speed connectivity (pages load super fast), - rapid professional tech help (they work even at night - this is great).

The best hosting provider depends on what you want.
Do you want Linux hosting in Europe or windows hosting. Are you making website's or WordPress blogs for one country or world wide. If you making sites for one country use hosting located in that country. its as of my knowledge remain choose what you want.
