Website result can be down.
ago 15 day my website all keyword in first page on google after directory submission all keyword can down and 2 and 3 page on google. now what can i do. plz help me.

First check your back links if anyone came from untrusted websites, yes means remove the links by contact the site owners else build quality back links from related websites.
