Google Analytics vs Webmaster Tools Data
Can someone share how close your organic visits data is to Google Webmaster Tools' Search Query's "clicks" data?
I've found that my Google Analytics' organic visits data is usually 27% higher than Search Query's "clicks" data.

Google Analytics is used to check the traffic of a website.
and webmaster is used for check the error of site.

Webmastertools visitors data is not precise. Because its not an analytic tool.

Google Analytics now has SEO data from Google Webmaster Tools. Finally Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools has combined data for everyone.

Google analytics is where you track your visitors behavior like bounce rate, traffic source, conversion rate, time spend on your site and where they leave your site .
Google Webmaster tools provide report of your numbers of link back , site index , keywords density, crawl error report, and search queries. Google Webmaster tools is help you to improve your website quality .

google analytics is much more better when compared to webmastertools i think so

From google analytics we can analyze traffic and from webmaster tools we can analyze website errors and indexing status.
