I like that blur effect with pictures it looks really nice. One thing that I dislike is that there are too many pictures and animations under the navigation section. I prefer something more minimalistic if you know what I'm talking about.

I think it's great. The only thing I'd nit pick about is the loading times. Other than that, nice set up and very professional looking.
