What is the difference between Impression and Click?

there is a major different between impressions and clicks, impressions means that how many time your website is showing through your keywords, and clicks means how many users clicks on your website through your keywords.

Impressions = how many times is your URL displayed by your keywords on a search engine results page.
Clicks = how many times does someone click on your URL by using that keywords from a search engine results page.

agreed, clicks in my opinion are more effective that impressions
