Grids?
Hello, i'm wondering about grids i keep hearing about.. are they mandatory for the layout of a website or can you do without them? also... what kind of programs do i need to use them if any? right now im learing xhtml and css will i be able to use a grid with these languages or a better design? Sorry for the such basic questions.. thanks for the replys in advance.. sorry for grammar heading off to work.

I am using only divs for the the creation of my sites, it is the best method.

CSS Grid Layout excels at dividing a page into major regions or defining the relationship in terms of size, position, and layer, between parts of a control built from HTML primitives. Like tables, grid layout enables an author to align elements into columns and rows.
