Many high PR directory sites are available like DMOZ, Opensource, Superpages and you can search in Google for the list.

There are may high pr directory sites list, just google it and you'll find the 3200 directory site list.hope this help.

Look at directory lists such us: Directory Critic, Directoryroll and Vmoptions to find good one.

I agree with movers. These are the most useful sites for directory submission.

Use some auto-submitting software for these needs. You can't manually submit your site to thousands directories, right? The special software can do it.

if you are introducing a new website then its a good idea to use directories but if its not a new website I wouldn't waste your time submitting your site to directories. There are many other SEO things you can do with better returns. Plus, directories take awhile to get submitted, sometimes up to 6-7 months.
