My opinion is only this Blach hat SEO is not pure way to get rank .. cuz Google do not like this type of SEO ...

Every short cut is good for a specific time but after that it have always bad effects.So black hat is effective but also bad effects.Don't use black hat techniques they didn't follow search engine's parameters and guidelines.

For a short term period, it can be useful, but for long term it should not be encouraged . I think the high use of black hat technique can harm your site enormously.
