Sitemap include all the pages in a single web page. It helps search engine to know about all your web pages and your web pages easily get crawled.xml site map is helpful to search engine. A sitemap is an xml file that the user can't see, it is only for search engines.

If we don't upload sitemap , Our On page is incomplete, sitemap is one of the most important activity in SEO, It will help search engine bot to crawl fast...

xml site map is useful only for search engines, however for user html site map is useful.
