why many of SEO analyzers don't see <title> on website?

I have started with SEO optimization for website (Chatbot SecondEGO).
And I have an issue - I simply can't find what is wrong with <title>. Some (but not all!!!) of SEO analyzers and SEO programs say that my website doesn't have TITLE and DESCRIPTION.

It is interesting that all of analyzers see KEYWORD meta tag (which is only one line away ).
Any idea, what can be wrong?

Its all based on how you have changed the code in your website
if you give a title tag in your website it will certainly show Title Tag
