I think it's safe if you know that the provider of that is really reliable and can be trusted.

not really, if your trying to be top level safe... if your trying to just not lose something, its seems fairly safe.

There are many disadvantages about cloud storage, News about cloud hacking is moving around. So how can you take risk on your very precious file?

It depends on who is providing and what kind of encryption is using by the providers.It is quiet safe only..
