It's ok. Yes, have too many ads, but i have seen worst sites with ads....
Useful stuff there. I like the fonts!

I think your site needs a complete make over. Overall format and layout needs to be improved.

For me the font is a bit small and when you put pictures maybe try to fill the space across.
