Image optimization means when you give proper attributes to <img> tag.
Most important alt tag, title, and more. google cannot read image so it uses alt, title attributes to understand what image is about.

Google can't read the image on that situation we have to use image alt tag for example :
If your website image hp laptop so your alt tag is hp laptop.
