For all pageviews to the page, Exit Rate is the percentage that were the last in the session. For all sessions that start with the page, Bounce Rate is the percentage that were the only one of the session. Bounce Rate for a page is based only on sessions that start with that page.

Exit rate is the percentage of visitors who leave your website from a specific page. This has to be beyond the landing or home page, and every page on your website has its own exit rate. Bounce rate is the percentage of users who leave your website from the landing page itself.

Bounce rate is the percentage of people who landed on a page and immediately left. Bounces are always one page sessions.

High bounce rates are often bad, but it’s really a matter of context. Some queries may inherently generate high bounce rates. Specific informational queries (e.g. – What are the flavors of Otter Pops?) might yield high bounce rates. If the page fulfills the query intent, there may be no further reason for the user to engage. It doesn’t mean it was a bad experience, it just means they got exactly what they wanted and nothing more. (I was always partial to Louie-Bloo Raspberry or Alexander the Grape.)

Exit Rate in simplest term is the percentage of visitors that leave your website from a given page based on the number of visits to that page. It sounds similar like “bounce rate,” right? The difference is that the visitor may have been to other pages on your site before exiting.

Let take an example: I do a search for “Best forum website” and I arrive at this site. I look at the topics, read a few answers, go to the contact page and fill out the form. Then I leave. I “exited” from the contact page. On the other hand, if I had done a search for “forum website contact info” and landed on the Contact page and left immediately, it would have been a “bounce.”

I hope you understand.

Thanks

For all site hits to the page, Exit Rate is the rate that were the toward the end in the session. For all sessions that begin with the page, Bounce Rate is the rate that were the stand out of the session. Skip Rate for a page is construct just in light of sessions that begin with that page.

Exit Rate is the percentage of visitors exiting or leaving your site from a particular page on your site and it is calculated for every page separately because it is the property of an individual page independent of any other page on the site.

The Exit Rate is the percentage of people who have left the page but would have previously visited other pages. The figure is worked out by the percentage of visitors that leave your website from a page based on the number of visits to that page.

Exit rate is the rate of guests who leave your site from a particular page. This must be past the arrival or landing page, and each page on your site has its own way out rate. Ricochet rate is the rate of clients who leave your site from the point of arrival itself.

Exit rate means the percentage of visitors quit your website from a specific page. Exit rate is different for each page as per the number of visitors quit your site form that page.
