If you are looking at a third party websites you can check both alexa and SEMrush for your own sites I use and recommend GA and gostats

While Google Analytics attempts to directly measure traffic of all visitors to your website, Alexa uses modeled data based on web use of those with the Alexa Toolbar installed.

Because Alexa isn't 1:1 data, Google is typically your better bet for smarter marketing insights. However, when you need to compare yourself to a competitor, be sure to use Alexa-to-Alexa comparisons.

Meanwhile, Alexa ranking shows your website traffic and gives you score on different parameters like New visitors, return rate, bounce rate and Etc. like these. They are data fetched completely from public profiles. It may happen that you get huge traffic from local publicity or some other Paid to visit sites then, in that case, you will observe improved Alexa Rankings.

But, Google analytics shows your visitor's activities, inbound links, outbound links, time spent on pages and average pages browsed by visitors and in deep insights site performance and moves required to make your site user-friendly and Search Engine friendly....so as to give a pleasant user experience.

To conclude: You should focus on Google Analytics data.
