Bounce rate is how many percentage of people are choosing to go back from your website after landing on your website page. Bounce rate should be less, if it is high, then something is wrong with your website or content, which visitors do not like and go back.

Bounce rate is measurement of visitor stay on your site.If any visitor come on your site and leave your page then it means you got 100% bounce rate for that visit.

Bounce rate measures the visitors rate who stay on single page. It also measures the number of visitors who visit the multiple pages and then come back to website again.

Bounce Rate is the percentage of visitors that hit your website on a given page and don’t visit any other pages on your site.High bounce rate in itself doesn't mean it is a bad site. I would think google looks to see if you continue your search, going back to the google search results and looking at more sites.I really doubt that bounce rate make a different on SERP.

Hi,

Bounce rate is the amount of less time spent on your website by the users, having a high bounce rate is very bad, which will effect SERP's , it shows that user don't like your website , just make sure you provide more user friendly website, were user can easily navigate and find things what he is looking for more easily, then slowly your bounce rate will reduce, make sure to keep your bounce rate under 10, always for better resullts

Bounce rate is based on dwell time, defined as the length of time a person is on your web site before clicking back to the search results. Search engines look at the dwell time and divide results into actual bounce rate and standard bounce rate. Actual bounce rate occurs when someone chooses your site from a search results page and immediately clicks back to the results, only spending a few seconds on your site.
