By quality backlinks, we mean:
- Links from a related sites - Links from high authority sites - Links within the body content - Links obtained in organic way

Backlinks got from organic sources with relevancy, authority and naturally placed links are considered as quality backlinks in SEO practices.

Quality backlinks are those which we get from do follow,high PR and relevant websites.Its very necessary to maintain quality in link building work because only quality backlinks can help to improve search engine ranking.

Link exchange is that- the two websites are favoring each other and clearly telling search engines that they do not believe in gaining authority naturally.
