I have my own business site with better Google raking by applying strongest SEO tricks. So now i want increase its PR within one month.

Can social bookmarking promote site PR or not?

Yes if your bookmarked pages have PR then it will also helpful to increase PR of your website but the main advantages of bookmarking is get the referral traffic from these website.

You must have to link your website with other websites which has huge volume of PR already. Don't get link back your website with low PR websites, they did not pass any Page Rank juice to your website.

Offcourse, social media site increase your PR. Otherwise, when you bookmark your site on social media site then search engine make show your site top of the search result and visitors also increase this system. So, you will not forget it to increase your site page rank.

It depend, most of the social bookmarking link is no follow, so it does not help to improve PR.
