healthy mind..!!!

do you know a healthy mind lives in a healthy body and if we do regular exercises it keeps strong immunity system and fresh mind which helps us to work properly....

yaa right daily exercise is a best way to maintain good health. so every people should be daily exercise and morning walk.

Too much or too little sodium can have serious effects on our health.

Salt

Regulates water/fluid balance
Regulates blood pressure
Assists with cooling our body
Allows nutrients to enter cells
Allows muscles to contract and relax
Allows nerve cells to fire appropriately

I completely agree with you that exercise is very vital inorder to remain healthy. Not only exercise but a balanced diet always helps us to remain healthy.
