I thin Statcounter provide traffic report only, but Analytic provide you more information then Statcounter, like traffic report and keyword performance and traffic resource, so in my opinion Analytic is best.

It records visits of image enabled bots, not all bots. But GA records no bots at all and also no javscritp disabled visitors of any kind.

Google Analytics is used for tracking the site visitors and statcounter does not distinguish between total visits and absolute unique visitors and the difference between a first-time and returning visitor is determined by the length of time between visits as set by the site’s webmaster up to a 24-hour time delay between visits.
