For businesses I think best social is google+. Why? Because it helps in SEO - links from there are follow, you can quickly generate many links, especially if your posts are shared. This way you can increase your website rankings rapidly.

I've used Facebook for a while, but I have just started getting into Twitter. Visually, I think Google+ is an awesome networking site and everybody should eventually migrate there.
