Spam: Duplicate articles
Is duplicate topics treated as spamming? If yes, then in all sites? I have worked in some Islamic sites where they did not allowed duplicate topics. But some others allowed.What's the reason?

It depends upon the article site, if the site does not allow duplicate articles then that site is best for article submission.
