Does high number of backlinks means high PR ?
Hi,
I am trying to find out answer to this question - Does high number of backlinks means high PR ? As I have found sites with thousands of backlinks but having 0 pagerank while many have very few ( below 50) and having 4 or more pagerank. Even mine is new having very few backlinks ( though I am trying for getting more pagelinks - high quality ) at iknowvations but page rank is 1. So what do you think ? What is the secret behind high PR ?
