Servers from hostsailor.com and legionbox.com are attractive for me and I am in two minds which way is better to follow?

Plans from hostplax.com are worth your attention due to their top-notch services.

Can recommend you to consider these providers (they offer a great list of servers) :
- Hostunmetered.net
- Cloudarion.com
Their uptime is very good. They have adjusted their pricing plans over time to keep them competitive and currently are extremely competitive in their pricing.

Use servers from reliable hosting providers: hostingsource.com and legionbox.com.
They are too good in customer support. I have had many questions about issues on which hosting companies are normally reluctant. They have an outstanding community. The questions get often answered in under an hour.

My site has been upgraded to the latest version of phpbb plus phpbb security mod. Always willing to answer any questions with a quick response time. Uptime in my experience is 100%. Finally found a host that really takes care of its clients.
